The course Lecturer will be conducted by Zulkarnain Mohd Said. He has vast experience in championing Behavior Base Safety concept as well providing and motivating HSSE leadership. He also has wide knowledge and expertise in Refinery Operation Process, Maintenance, Personal Safety, Process Safety Management (PSM), Technologies, Laboratory, Loading Master dealing with Loading and unloading from the Ship and Engineering and Project.

[01] OBJECTIVES

Participants will be benefit by being able to:

  • What your responsibilities are as a safety leader
  • How to recognize what drives behavior and use that when intervening and
  • coaching,
  • How to assess risks and prepare for them,
  • How to communicate constantly and effectively about safety,
  • How to use different leadership styles for different situations,
  • How to help staff want to behave safely by creating a motivational environment,
  • How to manage rule breaking.

Specific objective:

  • Make them recognise of the importance of Behaviour Base Safety
  • Be mindful of Safety risks, technique of mitigation and measures
