Audit Programme & Planning

– Auditor competence, team formation and responsibilities
– Audit plans, checklists and Turtle/Octopus Diagrams

Conducting Integrated Internal Audits
– Opening meetings, interviewing and evidence collection
– Process approach, risk-based auditing and sampling
– Integrated ISO requirements (Clauses 4–10)

Audit Reporting & Follow-Up
– Audit findings and nonconformity reporting
– Closing meetings and corrective action planning
– Follow-up audits and effectiveness verification
