[[01] OBJECTIVES
Participants will benefit by being able to:
•Understanding the basic principles of ergonomics and its importance in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
•To understand health effects associated with ergonomics risk factor
•Identifying ergonomic hazards in the workplace, such as repetitive motions, awkward postures, and static & sustained work posture.
•Understanding the importance of proper workstation design, including selecting appropriate furniture and equipment, adjusting workstation height, and positioning computer monitors and keyboards.
•Assessing the risk of injury associated with these hazards and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

- Strategies to reduce eye strain, repetitive strain injuries, and fatigue
