[01] OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course, participants will:

  • Gain confidence in managing fire-related emergencies.
  • Be able to conduct fire drills effectively.
  • Develop leadership skills in emergency response situations.
  • Ensure workplace compliance with fire safety regulations and standards

  • Fire Wardens and Emergency Response Team (ERT) members.
  • Health & Safety Officers and Facility Managers.
  • Employees responsible for emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
  • Any personnel designated to support fire safety initiatives in the workplace

This training is designed for an immersive learning experience, combining theory with practical applications:

  • Interactive Learning – Case studies, real-world scenarios, and experience sharing.
  • Hands-on Practice – Use of actual workplace fire safety equipment and simulated emergency response.
  • Role-Playing & Scenario-Based Exercises – Participants will engage in live fire drill simulations.
