[01] OBJECTIVES
Participants will be benefit by being able to:

- Understanding the basic principles of ergonomics and its importance in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
- To understand health effects associated with ergonomics risk factor
- Determine 10 principle of ergonomics and control measures in workplace.
- Assessing the risk of injury associated with these hazards and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Understanding the importance of proper workstation design, including selecting appropriate furniture and equipment, adjusting workstation height, and positioning computer monitors and keyboards.
- Developing safe manual handling techniques for lifting and moving heavy objects.
